Refunds and Returns

PRODUCT RETURNS

Please note that our products are handmade. This results sometimes in slightly uneven textures and a set of them might not exactly look the same. this in anyway is not a quality issue. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues regarding your order and we will try and resolve it. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Yogampottery@gmail.com.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Yogampottery@gmail.com 


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

COURSE AND WORKSHOP FEE.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your registration for a pottery class or workshop at our studio. We have put together a cancellation and refund policy to help guide you in such situations.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration for a class or workshop, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. The following cancellation policy applies:

If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the class or workshop, you will receive a full refund (fee minus the processing charges)
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start of the class or workshop, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the class or workshop, you will not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase.

If we need to cancel a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or Government rules and regulations or  an instructor's absence, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to transfer your registration to a future class or receive a refund if in case we cannot provide you with an alternative.

Please note that this cancellation and refund policy applies only to pottery classes and workshops purchased through our website. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
